Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms are not designed for winter, with either a cold or too hot environment due to no central heating, only A/C, and a persistent cigarette smoke smell that makes it uncomfortable. The staff seems reluctant to adjust the temperature, prompting a desire to leave quickly. Despite repeated requests, the adjustments were not made promptly. However, the staff was generally friendly and helpful.
The hotel is perfectly located right on the beach with stunning views of the Caspian Sea. The rooms are comfortable, but can get warm during hot periods. The service provided by the staff, including Roman, Misha, and Nigar, is excellent. The dining experience may not be worth the price, but the facilities are great for a relaxing stay.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was beautiful, with a transparent outdoor swimming pool and a great cocktail bar right on the beach, but the rooms had some strong odor issues and the dining experience was a bit overpriced for what was offered.
The hotel offers very spacious and comfortable rooms, despite a slight pungent smell upon entry and a run-down appearance. The service is generally polite and helpful, although inconsistencies were noted with room service and order accuracy. The location is beautiful, with notable amenities like an outdoor swimming pool and a cocktail bar. The dining experience is described as overpriced for average quality. Overall, the facilities are satisfactory but could use improvement.
The hotel is in a convenient location, close to Velo Park and the hotel's Leisure Centre, making it ideal for us. The rooms were comfortable, but there was a damp carpet near the shower room door, possibly due to a leaking pipe. The service was a mix of first-class attention and forgetfulness. Dining options were a bit poor, with overpriced buffet offerings.
When I opened the door, a very strong smell hit me, and everything looked quite worn out. The room was too warm, and the staff didn't seem to bother with the A/C even though it was uncomfortable. It felt like they wanted me to leave quickly - probably due to a leak under the floor spreading a bad odor.
The hotel has a lovely setting near the Caspian Sea, but the rooms are not suitable for winter stays as they lack central heating and can be either too cold or too hot. However, the friendly staff do their best to assist. The dining options are of average quality, and the facilities are limited.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were large and comfortable, although I was disappointed not to have a view due to the tall trees blocking the scenery. The service was good, with friendly and helpful staff, but some seemed less eager to assist customers. The location was convenient for the BMX World Champs, but not as appealing as neighboring hotels. The dining experience was average, and the facilities met my expectations.
The hotel's rooms and communal areas are dirty and aged, lacking proper winter heating facilities, but the location boasts a beautiful outdoor pool and cocktail bar. While the dining quality varies, the beach views are delightful.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with nice bathrooms, though not ideal for winter due to lack of central heating. I had to do some cleaning myself, possibly due to a leaking pipe. The service was polite, though there were some delays. The location is far from the city center, requiring extra taxi expenses. The dining experience was below expectations. Overall, a mixed stay with room for improvement.
