The hotel rooms are not designed for winter, with either a cold or too hot environment due to no central heating, only A/C, and a persistent cigarette smoke smell that makes it uncomfortable. The staff seems reluctant to adjust the temperature, prompting a desire to leave quickly. Despite repeated requests, the adjustments were not made promptly. However, the staff was generally friendly and helpful.
The hotel is perfectly located right on the beach with stunning views of the Caspian Sea. The rooms are comfortable, but can get warm during hot periods. The service provided by the staff, including Roman, Misha, and Nigar, is excellent. The dining experience may not be worth the price, but the facilities are great for a relaxing stay.
